Extremely happy with the service received from My Teddy. I have ordered 4 times through this company and i have to say I am most impressed with the latest order. I ordered a personalised easter bunny for my baby's 1st easter on Monday 06/04/2020. I had received the proof to approve on Tuedsay 07/04/2020 at 8:34 QLD time, to which I approved. The order was sent on Wednesday 08/04/2020 and received Today 09/04/2020 in the AM. I honestly did not think I would have received this before easter. I am extremely thankful that the team was able to put this through so promptly. I will definitely be back time and time again!!

Bought a Koala for my daughter when we emigrated out here, she was struggling leaving family and friends. They personlised it exactly how I wanted and even got a voice box in, so we could record a message. Delivered on time, which is amazing in Aus. We've worked with My Teddy for many years and have also used their gorgeous personalised bears as gifts for a number of occasions. I love that their teddy bears are of the highest quality as I hate the idea of giving something that feels "cheap" to a new baby or as a milestone gift. I love that you can personalise their teddy bears with a message - it makes them stand out amongst all the other presents. I have a My Teddy of my own and he's lasted for 10 years so far, despite being "loved" by a toddler....
