How and when can I return the My Teddy?
If there is a fault with your teddy please contact us and we will organise a replacement or repair.
As soon as we receive the My Teddy we will process a full refund. We'd like to know why you are not satisfied so we can improve our product and service.
We request that you us prior to returning any bear you may not be entirely satisfied with as there may be alternative solutions we could try other than returning the entire package.

Cancellations and change of mind.
Orders can be cancelled After purchase if we haven't commenced designing your bear.
After the design has been done the order still can be cancelled, however there is a 10% of order value restocking fee.
Once the embroidery is completed we can't refund for change of mind.
With all persoanalised teddy orders, we offer a draft service where we send you an exact copy of your design for you to approve colour design and layout of your embroidery.
This is for you to check in detail and approve if you are satisfied. We will embroider this exactly as you have approved. During the design process errors can occur, so please check all birth statistics thoroughly before you approve your embroidery design, embroidery is very difficult to amend.
