Dates in September when we will be closed.

We don't take much time of from our little Teddy Bear workshop, but this year we are having a break prior to the Christmas rush.  

From 1-14th of September we will be away from work, so if you need a personalised Teddy Bear at that time, make sure you order well ahead of time, so we can get your teddy made well ahead and on it's way to you.

We'll still be open and trading during this time, but things will be moving a little bit more slowly.  

Keep in mind that won't be doing any rush orders during that period.  Make sure if you have a Birthday or a Christening or special occasion, that you order well ahead. 

We will also be non-contactable by phone at this time, (so we can have a proper break), if you need to get in contact with the workshop, you can email us and our staff will get back to you as soon as they can, but understandably they will be very busy trying to get work out as quickly as possible.  

Due to the amount of orders that will need to be done we don't want to put any undue stress on our hardworking staff, so we won't be doing any urgent orders, they will all just be processed in the order that they came in.   The best idea is to get your order for your teddy in well ahead of time to avoid disapointment.

Thanks for your understanding, we're looking forward to our break and to returning refreshed and ready for another busy Christmas period.
