New bears
We always try to keep our range fresh and exciting, whilst keeping the old favourites that everyone knows and loves.
Rosie is a new addition and is a beautiful bear with huge amounts of personality.
Most people love traditional teddy bears in all the lovely browns, beiges, caramels and chocolates.
This is NOT that bear.
If you want a teddy bear with a BIG personality, who is bold and spunky, Rosie is your bear. Rosie comes in really rich bright colours, and is a great twist on the traditional teddy bear. If you know someone who is full of life and personality, or creative and quirky, this might be a great option, different from our normal range.

Business relocation
Over the next few months, we will be making progress towards moving ourselves and our business to the Sunshine Coast. This is something that has been a dream for a long time for us as a family, and we have decided to seize the day and bite the bullet, and make the move.
The move is motivated by wanting our kids to enjoy more of a coastal, country lifestyle while they are younger, and have them settled before they reach high school. Chris grew up by the water in Jersey and is happiest when he can be nea! r the sea. My family were boaties and I love all the fishing and boating aspects of the coast, so we are positive and excited about the move.
Nothing much will change in terms of the operation of the business, bar from a few days where we will be in the midst of relocation, which we will give you notice of.

Quality & Value
Price rises are hard to do for us, and almost physically painful for Chris.
Mostly because we started this business with a set of ideals that included keeping prices as low as possible and accessible to everyone.
So many of our costs have increased this year, as have everyones, so to ensure we remain in business we have had! to increase the cost of our bears. Most businesses increase their prices annually, but we have managed to avoid that most years.
The most labour intensive part of the process is the personalistion, as each individual jumper is designed front and back, and then embroidered to your specifications and hand finished.
So when you order a My Teddy Bear, you will get a unique individually designed product, from an Australian owned and operated small business.

Over the next few months you will se! e some changes on our website as we continue to improve our site for appearance and usability. We will keep you informed when changes occur and may ask those of you who are keen, to test for us!
